Gregg Braden's workshop, Pure Human, Ignite!, went beyond my expectations. As a naturopathic physician, I found Gregg's presentation rich in scientific research without dismissing the greater significance of this research. He seamlessly wove together neuroscience, quantum physics and biology for an incredibly informative time. Gregg's warmth, humor and love were the perfect vehicle for the abundance of information given throughout the two days. Truly transformative and enlightening, I highly recommend the experience.

I really enjoyed all the modules, the heart awareness breathing is now a daily practice and I was so intrigued by the biological resilience module as I come from a sports science background. I watched them all as replays as I am based in Abu Dhabi so the live timings worked out at 11 pm at night for me (I am asleep by 9.30 pm!) Your Resilience From The Heart is a special book for our times now here and throughout the world community. I picked up and read your book on Kindle and then bought the book for a more complete study. It’s a beauty written for each of us personally and collectively as the way through the present phases into an evolving world state. It’s a multi-dimensional look about where WE are now on the planet, what got us here and how we can play a deliberate part improving the health of our world.
